hello im looking to install this base plate on my 2024 ford f150. can you tell me which tow bar would work with this base plate? and can you give me a link for the correct wiring kit id need for it so i have break lights, blinkers, etc? thanks for your time

Hello Sean, for your 2024 F150 you can indeed use the etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # e86YR. This is compatible with all etrailer and demco tow bars, and an adapter allows it to be compatible with others. I recommend sticking to etrailer brand, such as the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar - RV Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # e34ZR.

For the tow bar wiring, I'd use the custom-fit Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM77VR. Then if you don't have the coiled 7way to 6pole to connect your RV wiring to the vehicle wiring, you can use a universal kit like Blue Ox 7-Wire to 6-Wire, Coiled Electrical Cord # BX88206.

Last but not least, you will want to install supplemental braking system like Brake Buddy Classic 3 Portable Flat Tow Brake System - Preset # HM39494 if you don't already have one.
