I really like our etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e86YR for your 2023 Ford F-150 because it has a really clean looking installation and it pairs up nicely with our etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e94ZR that has an easy latching system and an adjustable head to minimize the need for a high-low adapter.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
