The Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7420 and etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e67ZR are fairly similar but have a few key differences.
The first difference being the weight capacity, the # e67ZR has an extra 500lbs of capacity over the # BX7420. They both have latches to release the arms when in a bind but the # e67ZR has a built-in 1-1/2" rise or drop in the shank for additional adjustability to help keep your tow bar level between the motorhome and vehicle.
Both of these tow bars come with safety cables included but if you look at the # BX7420 you'll notice that it comes with coiled cables. This is because it doesn't come with a channel on the tow bar to help keep the cables off the ground. The # e67ZR has the cables clipped to the arms to prevent them from dragging on the ground and you won't have to worry about losing them.
The # e67ZR also has a bar and clip that can be used to keep your 7-wire to 6-wire adapter cable # DM9523054 up off the ground so it doesn't get damaged.
Based on the differences I've stated I recommend the # e67ZR over the # BX7420. It's comes with more features than the Avail that will make your towing experience much more enjoyable without having to purchase extra equipment. I've attached some videos below that show these tow bars in use and has some additional information.
