I see there is no bumper trimming needed for the 2021 X5 but what about the 2023 is any bumper trimming needed for the 2023 BMW X5?

Nope, the bumper and fascia do not require any trimming to install the Stealth Hitches trailer hitch on your 2023 BMW X5. Just like the 2021 and 2022 models, there is just a piece of rock guard under the vehicle that needs to be trimmed. The photo I have added shows the part that needs to be trimmed.
