Good question, and the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT87MR is only a fit for the 2021 Porsche Cayenne Coupe, so it does NOT fit the SUV.
If you have the SUV and not the Coupe, there is still a hitch that fits your Cayenne, the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH37FR.
The # SH37FR is for accessories like a bike rack only, so if you also want to tow with it you will need to add the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receive # SH29FR.
