Question:

Im looking to purchase a 219 Porsche Cayenne and need a hitch capable of pulling a 5000lb boat. This Porsche has painted wheel well trim, I read on a Porsche owners web site that the painted wheel wells are more problematic then the black wells . Are you familiar with this issue? Will the stealth hitch still work? Also why do you have more hitch options for 2020 than 2019 Cayennes ? Thanks

For a hitch that fits your 2019 Porsche Cayenne that has more than enough capacity for a 5,000 lb boat we have the Stealth hitch part # SH37FRT which is rated for 8,000 lbs trailer weight. We've not heard of any issues with the hitch fits and painted wheel well trim.

We do have the Draw Tite hitch # DT87MR as not fitting the 2019 models but fitting the 2020 which is why it seems like there are more fits for it.
