Can I put that back panel back in place if I have this hitch installed on my 2022 XT4?

Yes, once the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76266 is installed on your 2022 Cadillac XT4 you'll be able to place that rear bumper fascia cover back over it for an OEM look.

I'm attaching an installation video and some photos for you to check out about this.

If you're planning on doing some towing with this hitch then I also recommend picking up the T-One Wiring # 118795, the Mount Bracket # 18144, and the Ball Mount Kit # C45154.
