I do not have a roof rack or rails on my roof of my high top mercedes sprinter van and I wanted to know if I could still attach this to my van without that? Thank you!

The Kelty Backroads Car Awning with Side Walls # KE98KR you mentioned actually does not need a set of crossbars to work!
There are straps that will allow you to connect to your vehicle's wheels without a roof rack.
