Though The Lippert Underchassis Double Bin Storage Unit # LC175180 does not have a way to attach a spare tire mount we have The Lippert Underchassis Double Bin Storage Unit # LC125460 that comes with the a spare tire carrier already attached.
The frame is made out of a sturdy steel and the bins are made out of a durable plastic. The weight capacity of each bin is 100 pounds. The storage unit has a bolt-on installation.
