Kwikee Electric RV Steps Don't Stop and Chatter When Finished

Question:
Motor keeps driving after the step extends, same when it retracts. Usually chatters 3 times before staying retracted.

If the motor continues to run after the step has extended or retracted and chatters then this usually means it's not arcing out enough to send the signal to the control module to tell it to stop. Therefore, the motor will need to be replaced for which we have the Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379147.
