What additional parts do I need to install your Firestone Air helper springs 5,000 model on my 2003 Dodge 2500 that has a lift, it looks like it has a three or four inch lift? I attached a photo. Thank you

Thanks for the picture! I will be happy to find the correct spacer for you but let me start by confirming that the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2299 you were looking at are confirmed to fit your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500.
Since your truck has a 3" lift you will need the the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2368.
I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command II item # F2219 onboard compressor system. This dual path compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air springs individually from the comfort of your cab.
