No, the Hydrastar Vented Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes # HS481-8067 does not come with a break-away battery. But, is compatible with any standard, 5-amp-hour-battery breakaway kit like the Bright Way Push-to-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit with 1-Amp Charger and 5 Ah Battery # 3802346.
