What is the measurement from the top of the hitch to the middle the holes? The info only gives the spacing between bolts.

On the Demco Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler # DM13203-95 the three top row mounting holes' centers are 1-inch from the top flat surface of the coupler. I went to our warehouse and took this measurement to confirm. This and other dimensions are shown on the linked photo.
