2019 Fusion Hybrid SE I think Ive got a grip on most of the parts needed, and how to install them myself. Im looking at a stay and play braking option. It looks like I will need to route a wire from the trunk mounted battery up to the engine compartment. It also seems that I should add a tow battery charger. Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles Item # RM-156-25 Can that battery charger cable connect into the wire routed up from the car battery for the breaking system? Also, what gauge or type of wire should I use to connect the battery in the back of the car to the braking kit?

No, you cannot use the same wire you run for the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 to connect the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25.

The wire for the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 will be pulling power from the battery while the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25 will be charging the battery. You will need these to be wired separately to the battery. You can use 10 Gauge Primary Wire # 10-1-1 to run the wire to the battery.

If your motorhome does not already have a charge line, you will also need the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Motorhomes # RM-156-75.
