If you already have a Roadmaster tow bar for your 2007 Jeep Wrangler then you'll want to get Roadmaster base plates as well to avoid having to purchase adapters. For a standard factory bumper you'll want the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # 1429-3. These direct connect style base plates will offer you a quick and easy attachment point for your tow bar.
To flat tow your 2007 Jeep Wrangler you'll also need a tow bar wiring kit, braking system, and safety cables. If you haven't already purchased these items then I have the following recommendations for you:
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 4-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15247. This diode kit allows you to use your Jeep Wrangler's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV.
Note: For applications that have separate lighting, this kit will cause your brake lights to function as both brake and turn signal lights. A wiring converter # 118158 and 2 additional diodes # RM-792 will be needed if you want to retain separate turn and brake signals.
Since the battery will need to be disconnected to flat tow I also recommend installing the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch for Towed Vehicle w/ Supplemental Braking System # RM-766. This disconnect switch will make disconnecting/reconnecting the battery as simple as flipping a switch and save you from having to get under the hood every time you tow.
Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This system offers intense, emergency braking or steady, smooth braking in a single portable system. Easily switch between proportional or full braking from the cab of your motorhome using the remote. The included charge line kit will keep your Jeep's battery charged while you tow.
Safety Cables: RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643. The coiled design of these cables will help prevent them from dragging on the ground and being damaged.
Last but not least, you'll most likely need a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level between your motorhome and Wrangler. This does require some measuring once the base plates are installed so I've attached our help article, which will walk you through determining the correct rise/drop needed for your application.
