Question:

Which unit should I purchase #65031 or # 31180? Im primarily going to be using this for a bicycle rack but might a 4000 Lb pull winch in from time to time. Thanks,

Both the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch # 31180 and the Draw Tite Front Hitch # 31180 that you referenced would be excellent choices for your 2002 Toyota Tundra. I would probably go with the Curt hitch only because it has been reviewed more times and has the same 5 star rating as the Draw-Tite and its a little more economically priced and has the same capacities.
