I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution # EQ37121ET for towing your 2022 Palomino Puma travel trailer with your 2020 Ram 2500 Power Wagon. This hitch is rated for trailers with a tongue weight of 800-1,200lbs and total trailer weight up to 12,000lbs. To determine the correct drop shank you will need to measure the height of your receiver and compare that with the height of the coupler on the Puma. We have the following drop shanks that will fit your 2-1/2" receiver.
2-1/4" to 6" Drop # EQ90-02-4900
5-1/4" to 9" Drop # EQ94FR
8-1/4" to 12" Drop # EQ34FR
You will need a 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 to install the included 2-5/16" hitch ball that comes with the hitch.
