The K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2 you're looking at have the best chance of fitting your 2018 Honda Ridgeline as they are designed for factory mirrors 4-1/2" to 11-1/2" tall. We haven't had a chance to install these on a Ridgeline as of yet (September 2022) but if your mirrors fall within this height you should be good to go!
