The older Lippert 13398-C2 Controller is compatible with part # LC236575 if your gear ratio is 300:1 as well as part # LC287298 if your gear ratio is 500:1 - both of these are for the round-round applications. If you have the round-square plate then that motor has become obsolete and you need a new system.

How does one know the difference between the 300:1 gear ratio, and the 500:1 gear ratio without removing the motors?
