While we have not installed the Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT92GR on a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, we have mounted the similar Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76046-SK. As these are both manufactured by Draw-Tite with similar crossbars and mounting you will have a very similar hitch height. We measured the hitch height at 13" with the Draw-Tite receiver or 10-3/4" for ground clearance. Do note that your clearance may vary slightly due to condition of suspension and how much weight is currently in the vehicle.

I recommend installing the Upgraded Heavy Duty ModuLite Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # C59496 when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector that you can secure to the receiver using a Mounting Bracket # 18144.
