I am installing the etrailer hitch on a 2020 Chrysler pacifica. Is there a video for the install? what does underbody panel must be trimmed mean

I have attached a video of the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98903 installed on the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. We do have a video of an install on a 2018 which would be the same as your 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. The underbody panel does need a 0.5"x10" slot trimmed into it. The heat shield needs a 5"x13" rectangle cut out from it as well. I have attached cut out dimensions for both pieces from the instructions.
