Extra Steps Needed to Install Hitch on 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Models

Question:

I loved the video demonstrating the install on an older Pacifica the question is how do I find out if the 2020 Pacifica Hybrid back end is different? I dont need to tow, but I have to have my bike rack, and your solution looks great, as long as it really works. The manufacturer doesnt offer a tow package for this vehicle and unless I can be sure theres some sort of good solution, I dont want to purchase it.

The etrailer.com hitch part # e98903 is a confirmed fit for your 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and does have a couple extra steps for the hybrid models. There's an emissions canister that needs to be relocated temporarily when installing the hitch and also there are some holes on the driver side frame rail that need to be enlarged. I attached a diagram that shows this as well.
