This hitch gives your vehicle real hauling power without overcomplicating things. Rated for 4,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 400 lbs tongue weight, it’s strong enough for small campers, utility trailers, or loaded cargo carriers. When used with a weight distribution hitch, the capacity goes up to 5,000 lbs GTW and 500 lbs tongue weight. The 2" receiver lets you attach most bike racks, ball mounts, and cargo platforms so you can use the gear you already have.
You don’t need a lift or a shop to get this hitch on. It bolts directly to the frame using factory mounting points, so there’s no welding required. The full set of mounting hardware and instructions are included, and the open-back receiver design makes it easy to keep clean. Once in place, the concealed main body tucks neatly behind the bumper for a clean, factory-style finish.
The hitch is precision robotic welded for consistency and strength. It’s finished with a high-gloss black powder coat over a rust-resistant liquid A-coat inside and out. That means better corrosion protection and long-term durability in wet or salty conditions. The round-tube style gives it a smooth look while still being tough enough for regular towing or accessory use.
Only the receiver opening is visible once installed, which keeps your vehicle’s lines looking uncluttered. The hidden cross tube helps maintain ground clearance while giving the back end a tidy, OEM-like appearance. You get the strength of a heavy-duty hitch without an eyesore hanging below the bumper.

Fits perfectly and works well on the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Van.
Installation was easy. But it does not have a bracket to hold the trailer plug like some other receivers.
Excellent Fit:
The installer had no problems installing it in his predicted time, and it fit and looks great tucked in-place just below the bumper for maximum clearance.
Lead time sucked, but (believe me as I looked far and wide) this model was not available anywhere faster and was worth the wait, and e-traileer sent a stream of updates.
Came with all the parts. The installation went according to the video. No surprises. No trips to the hardware store. The kit was perfectly matched to the design of my vehicle.

Trailer does a great job of providing install videos and instructions even prior to purchase so you know what you are getting into. Installed the same way as instructed and working well after one year. Note the PHEV Pacifica Hybrid requires a canister relocation bracket which was included but it is tight
Solid hitch and looks great.
Worked well on 2021 Pacifica Pinnacle. Took some time to find the best way to tighten the bolts properly as it was a little hard to access, but with proper tools it was doable.
I love the trailer hitch the perfect matte coating goes well with the black minivan and it fit perfectly

This hitch was installed on a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Limited with AWD.The installation was straight forward enough. I trimmed only a small 4"x 8" opening around the 2" receiver. There was no heat shield to remove or trim (it is part of the shroud and doesn't need trimmed). There are no push fasteners, everything unscrewed (especially the large one in the center). It looks inconspicuous. A very nice design.
