We offer both universal-fit and custom-fit 5th wheel installation kits for your 2012 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty. The custom kits, such as the Curt # C16424-204 that you referenced, require less drilling and will save you considerable installation time as compared to universal kits. This part will work with both 6-3/4-foot and 8-foot bed lengths.

The kit includes under-bed brackets, hardware and base rails that will work with compatible industry standard 5th wheel hitches from Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Husky, Reese and Valley.
