I believe I've run down the original part for the motor 1-065-041012-12. The replacement part is lc141893. The gearbox is lc276602. Is this correct? Should I get both? Thanks

Yes, you are correct. The replacement motor for your 1-065-041012-12 is the Lippert Components Tuson High Speed 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear Motor # LC141893 and the gear box is the Replacement Gearbox # LC276602.

You do not necessarily need to replace both the motor and gear box at the same time, unless the gear box is not working correctly or is wearing out. That being said, it would still be a good idea to go ahead and replace the gear box while you already have things taken apart and would just ensure that everything is in proper working order.
