My used F-450 didnt come with the sleeve, and I have a couple single axle trailers I tow. What options besides a sleeve can I use? Looks like either way I need a 4 inch drop hitch. Thanks for the assistance.

The only way to avoid using a reducer sleeve like the Curt # C45408 is to get a ball mount with a 3" shank and for that I recommend checking out the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS30049B which comes with the 3 common hitch ball sizes (1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16") and has an adjustable height so you get a max rise of 7" and a max drop of 7-1/2".
The idea behind this ball mount is that it will be the last one that you need to buy since it has so much versatility. I also recommend picking up the InfiniteRule Hitch Lock for 3" Hitches # 34061073-D to secure your investment.
