Propane Regulator Recommendation for Burner Stove and Water Heater on Pop Up Camper

Question:
I have a older Star Craft pop up camper set up for a single 20# LP tank. I am looking to replace the LP regulator. The only appliance in the camper is a Wedgewood 2 burner stove model# D-20, which has a burner rating of 5200 BTU/Hr each. The trailer has a outside quick connect for the stove. We also use a Camplux Pro 6L Portable Tankless LP water heater 41,000 BTU which requires us to carry a separate LP tank and single stage regulator and line. Would it be possible to use the out door quick connect to supply the hot water heater also? Can it be done using one regulator, and if so which one would you recommend?

Something like the Camco Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator # CAM59313, rated for 160,000 Btu/Hr, would have enough "umph" to get you what you need, but you also have to check the rest of your propane lines and connections to make sure they are rated high enough as well. Popup campers typically don't have many propane connections which is likely why you need a separate tank system.
While you're in the mindset of upgrading your system I do recommend converting your single 20# tank system to accommodate 2 tanks since you're already using a second tank for your water heater. You can accomplish this by installing a mounting kit for 2 tanks, part # 37220WH for white or part # 37220BL for black, using an auto changeover regulator like part # 37207-30395 with the mounting bracket # 37207-30405, and then pigtails with the 1/4" MIF connector like part # 100833-12 for each tank.
Attached are some videos for you to check out.
