Do you have and adaptor my twist lock? It says 120 or 240 but I need 120 4 prong twist lock three prong camper plug

It sounds like you are looking for an adapter cord with a 4-prong 50-amp female twist-lock connector on one end with a 3-prong 30-amp male on the other. Such an item is Camco Power Grip # CAM55582.
