Question:
2018 Buick Envision: I know that I must remove or turn off F29 and F32. I would like to know what each of these fuses deactivate when turned off. The owners manual does not give that info. and your installation video does not give that info.

Fuses F29 and F32 are directly related to the Body Control Module (BCM). Typically in modern automobiles, the BCM controls the power windows, power mirrors, air conditioning, immobilizer system, central locking, etc.
The BCM also communicates with other on-board computers using the car's vehicle bus, and its main purpose is to control load drivers, which are actuating relays that in turn perform actions in the vehicle such as locking the doors, flashing the turn signals (in older cars), or dimming the interior lighting.
Instead of physically pulling these fuses, you can install the Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch for Towed Vehicle # RM76512 which with the flip of a switch, will disconnect those fuses.
Additionally, if you're interested in a complete flat towing setup, you're also going to need:
-A base plate kit # RM-523188-5,
-A braking system # BRK2019 with the 12v outlet kit # RM-9332,
-A set of tow bars # RM-676,
&
-A set of tow bar wiring # RM-154.
