If you wanted to order the Curt Shock Absorbing Towing Starter Kit pat # C57DR without the brake controller you'd just need to order the individual components of the kit without the controller. So what you'd want would be the Rocker Ball # C45WR, the sway control part # 17200 and the Curt anti-rattle kit part # C22321.
