Yes, we do have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C46DR which is made in the USA for your 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. Do note that while the receiver is made in the USA some of the mounting hardware may be imported.

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK58VR will provide you with a 4-way flat connector. This connector is needed for the lights on most small trailers you might tow as well as with Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with any hitch mounted accessory that impairs the view of your vehicle tail lights.
