The ComeUp Snatch Block for Seal Gen2 12.5, 12.5s, 12.5rs, and DV-12 Light, DV-12, and DV-15 Winches # CU881082 that you mention is compatible with synthetic rope.

This snatch block measures 9-7/8" from edge to edge, has an overall width of 5", and will accommodate a maximum rope diameter of 9/16".
