Question:
Brand new install of the wiring harness on my 2012 Pilot of the Curt trailer wiring harness. I have passenger side turn signal and brakes. But nothing on the driver side. Everything is brand new. Trailer is good, it works on another vehicle.

Since you tried this with another vehicle and it checks out we can assume the trailer is fine. The # C56170 installation isn't extensive so there are only a few things to check. You're getting power to other functions so more than likely the fuse isn't an issue either.
I would start by making sure all of the connections are secure, as well as the relays. Unplug them and plug them back in to make sure everything is seated properly. If that doesn't work it is time to do some testing. Using a circuit tester like the # PTW2993 check the vehicle trailer wiring in the rear cargo area before the factory harness connector. If you aren't getting power here it is a vehicle problem and you will need to take it to a dealer.
Although it is unlikely with a new wiring harness, if the vehicle side checks out then the issue may be the # C56170. I would test the Curt harness itself and also the vehicle wiring with the gray connector underneath. If the cap was missing on that connector you might need to clean it up, also since it sits under there you could check for a short in the wiring and repair as needed.
If you don't find any issues there I would go ahead and return it and swap it out for a new one. Also, if you're returning it, I would get the Tekonsha # 118558 instead. When it comes to wiring we have found Tekonsha to be the most reliable.
I attached an installation video for your reference.
