What are the measurements for these u bolts ?

I went out to the warehouse and measured the Replacement Safety Chain Anchor Kit for Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C68WR that you mentioned, and measured 3-7/8" for the longest sections, 3-1/4" across the top, and is 1/2" thick.
Attached is a diagram of # C68WR for you to check out as well.
