This heavy-duty underbed gooseneck hitch is made for real towing work. Rated for 30,000 lbs gross towing weight and 7,500 lbs tongue weight, it’s built to pull large livestock, equipment, or fifth wheel trailers without flexing or rattling. The double-lock system uses two pins to hold the 2-5/16" chrome-plated ball in place for extra security, giving you a solid, confident connection every time you hook up.
When the job’s done, the ball flips over and stores right inside the hitch to keep your bed clear. Just pull the comfort-grip handle at the wheel well, remove the ball, flip it upside down, and drop it back in. The rubber cover keeps grime out while giving you a clean, low-profile finish. With everything mounted below the bed surface, you’ve got full use of your truck bed for loading gear or materials.
This setup is designed so you can install it yourself without pulling the bed off or breaking out a welder. The included center locator tool shows exactly where to drill the 4" hole for the ball—no measuring or guesswork needed. When orange shavings appear as you drill, you know you’ve gone far enough. The custom mounting kit bolts up easily for a one-person installation that’s straightforward from start to finish.
If you need extra clearance between your truck cab and trailer, just add the offset hitch ball (part # C602, sold separately). For fifth wheel towing setups, the adapter plate (part # C16220, sold separately) drops right in so you can switch between gooseneck and fifth wheel towing without changing hitches.

It has served me well.
Haven’t had a chance, but to bring the box inside. It was pretty torn up started to check the box for missing parts.
But the speed for delivery was great. The product look to be undamaged.

Fairly easy to install. Instructions were a little difficult to follow but the diagram of the hitch and how it goes together made it easier. The company was very easy to work with. I would recommend this product and company to anyone!
This hitch was an easy install, only a couple of hours and no welding or bed removal. I would like to thank Gwen, my sales rep, for her great customer service and when I explained I was on a time crunch to get the hitch she assured me that would not be an issue. Sure enough I received the hitch in just a couple of days.
installation took us about 4.5 hours total on Dodge Ram 2500 2006. removed both wheel well covers, and wheel tire assembly to get torque wrench on large bolts. why the big spacers, leave little bolt in nut contact? Product seems solid...
GREAT Service. Received a phone call on the same day as the order to confirm the order. Even down to where it was to be left. Several e-mails letting me know the progress. Received it in 3 days after the order. One day was Sunday so i guess it doesn't count. All the parts are there. I do have an issue with UPS. The instructions on the label says LOT # 2 Montana. They left it at the entry house instead. Having a dislocated arm and loading and unloading was not good. They need to work on that. Yes the camper can be easily seen from the house. Can't wait to get it in.

Installation was great and easy. Has performed as advertised
The hitch was received in a very timely matter, ordered then three days it arrived. FAST! I didn't install immediately.... about three days went by... After work I tried to read the so call instructions and started assembly... start time 3:30 pm end time 8:30pm had all but the latch and rod handle and springs to install. I did that the next day. Bolting the receiver part under the bed was definitely a TWO PERSON job or at least with some kind of blocking or jack may be used... As far as the total receiver bolting and receiver installation, *follow the instruction* it's really laymans terms and pics help tremendously! It does get very frustrating putting the ball pin rod in the ball pin... If I may suggest, in your companies instruction advising to inform the installer to use needle nose locking pliers to clamp the spring back in front of the 3/8" washer on the hitch rod WHILE installing the small little bolt into the hitch pins! This way, It gives the installer adequate adjustment to have to install the hitch rod and pins since one can hardly see the hole if they are aligned or not.
Other than that little difficult issue, It was pretty smooth and easy... (just alot of struggling and dirt) if you don't mind...

The install of this hitch was great. Fit fine and works as it should. Only issue I had was that I'm the second owner of the truck and first owner had installed both a gooseneck and a 5th wheel hitch and welded a bunch of brackets to the truck frame, then removed both hitches before he got rid of truck. I had to spend a couple hours grinding the brackets off before I could install new hitch. I had to inlarge hole for the gooseneck ball as the placement of new ball was 2.5"s farther back then the original hitch that had bee there previously.
I have a turnover gooseneck ball hitch used for pulling a 32 foot stock trailer. I have no complaints, took me and a friend about 2 hours to install. Had a $75 mailin rebate so was significantly less than a B&W hitch.
Overall a decent product. Easy to install, hardest part was manhandling all the pieces by myself. Tows wonderfully.
The only negative is the length of the ball when in stored position. I have 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 2wd that sits low to the ground. When stored, the ball strikes the top of the axle housing and cut the ABS wiring. Easy repair and we no longer store the ball in the hitch
I've had it over a year now installed it myself without any help, I think it was very easy to install.
I tow everything with it never had any issues.
The hitch works fine and was easy to install. Everything fit well with one exception. The rod that locks the ball in place from the wheel well is too short. I expect it is the wrong rod for the 2013 Ram pickup. I made an attempt to contact etrailer to get another, but failed to contact anyone. Can you put me in contact with someone who can assist me in getting a replacement?

I contacted Curt and they wanted to make sure you did not install the handle facing up and it is hitting the inner fender. The handle should be down on these.
Great hitch and easy to use. I did have to lift up the bed a little bit to install it. Took me about 5 hours because of that but otherwise it is a great hitch. The rings for the safety chains stay on the bed and the ball flips over and stows away completely.
