Im looking for foam blocks that fit on a trac rack so that canoes can be carried on our rack. Is there such a universal foam block made that we might be able to purchase for that purpose?

Yes, there is a foam block for canoes that will fit on a trac rack. It is the Malone Foam Block for Canoes item # MPG160. This block fits round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars. I have attached a picture below of this foam block in use. It is recommended to use four.
