I bought two racks used, and now the grey rubber pads are disintegrating. I need 4 of the grey rubber parts only do you have those? Or do you know of a source for just those parts?

While we don't have just the grey pad of the Yakima Raptor Roof Mounted Bike Rack we do have the entire jaw pad assembly with the part # 8820182 instead which would be your best option.
