Replacement Rubber Vinyl Pads For Yakima Q Towers And Q Clips

Hello! I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla with Yakima Q Towers. The rubber base pads are deteriorated and need replacing. Do you all carry these? The Q Tower Clips I have are Q99 and Q31. Thanks for your assistance!

Hey Cliff Man! While the q towers have been discontinued by Yakima few years back, you can still get replacement vinyl pads - Replacement Vinyl Pads for Yakima Q Clips (QTY 2) # Y8810072. These go between the towers and the roof to prevent scratching the roof and shifting while on the road.

The vinyl pads, #Y8810072, go on the inside of the Q-clips that face the car. They are meant to protect the car from being scratched. You would not want to put the pads on the vehicle because then you would have the adhesive stuck to the paint. I…

While we don't have just the grey pad of the Yakima Raptor Roof Mounted Bike Rack we do have the entire jaw pad assembly with the part #8820182 instead which would be your best option.
