There are a couple of places you can access a dedicated brake light only circuit on your 2014 Chevy Silverado. First, you can tap into the circuit behind the third brake light on the cab of the truck. You can also get the signal from the CHMSL or stop light fuses. Use the vehicle owners manual and/or power distribution box lid to locate the fuses for the center high mount stop light (CHMSL) or stop light circuit.
Another good resource for the third brake light wire under the truck bed, if present, is a company that sells and installs truck bed camper shells.
