We bought an Evo wing bar and I’m wondering if there is a conversion for the attachment of a 515-0109 bike rack.

Yes there is.

I did some research, and it appears you have the Thule BigMouth Bike Rack. To adapt your bike rack to your Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711220 you will just need to use the:

-Thule XADAPT2 AeroBlade and Xsporter Load Bar Adapter for Roof-Mounted Carriers # Xadapt2.

This will allow you to mount your bike rack to the top t-track channel on your Thule WingBar Evo crossbars.

For your Thule Big Mouth bike rack you can adapt it to fit Thule Wingbar crossbars with the part #XADAPT2 which will allow the rack to attach to the top channel of the bars.
