I'm also looking for replacement mounting hardware/brackets for the Thule Sidearm 594 XT roof rack. Would you be able to tell me what parts I need for that?

The Thule Big Mouth was able to mount to Thule Aero Bars with the xadapt2. That was a t-channel mounting system. I spoke with a Thule rep and she said there was never a mount for aero/factory rack bars that did not have a t-channel. I remember when we wanted to install a Big Mouth to a factory roof rack we had to use the Thule Ride-On Adapter. That was a mini Thule roof rack that added square bars on top of your factory crossbars. So there is not a fix for your situation outside of putting the Thule Ride-On Adapter together a' la carte.
I have included a picture of the Ride-On Adapter below. You may still be able to find them online. If you are unable to find them, please let me know.
I do have some bike racks that will fit your 2009 Honda Pilot's factory rack. Thule replaced the Big Mouth with the SideArm, which was replaced by the Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack - Frame Mount - Clamp On or Channel Mount - Aluminum. part # TH598004. This carrier comes with padded clamp with a torque limiting dial that keeps it from damaging your frame. You will also be able to use your Thule lock cylinders with this carrier.
