Question:
I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited I want to purchase a trailer hitch for. I am going to be pulling a 12 foot work trailer My rear bumper does not have a notch out for a trailer hitch so I would need to one that goes underneath the bumper I would like a higher tow capacity What would you recommend

Since you do not have the removable panel for the rear hitch opening of your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee the hitch you'd want is the etrailer part # e98901. This hangs below the rear bumper completely and will give you a higher capacity 2 inch trailer hitch.
Then for trailer wiring the Tekonsha 4-way part # 118727 is the easiest to install and has the most reliable converter box.
