Is there a curt wiring harness for my 2007 Dodge Caravan and is it the best one? I am looking to tow with my van and need a way to control the trailer lights.

I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118300 you were looking at over the Curt. Tekonsha makes a far superior product and their wiring harnesses are the most reliable in the towing business.
Some other parts you will need to tow are a trailer hitch item # 13389 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
