Do Springs Come With Replacement SpeedKnob for Yakima HoldUp EVO

Question:
The original speedknob came with a coil spring and two plastic spaces that I don’t see on this replacement knob assy. Are those parts not mandatory to be installed back? If they are mandatory, could you please advice where those should be put at the replacement of the speedknob?

Springs do not come with, nor are they required with the Replacement SpeedKnob for Yakima HoldUp EVO # 8880904.
