There is a 1-1/4" trailer hitch receiver that fits your 2021 Mazda CX-30, and the best option is one from Curt:
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C49CR
The reason to go with the Curt # C49CR on your '21 CX-30 is because it has the best ground clearance, and since the rear of your Mazda sits fairly low to the ground, this allows the most room from the ground to the bottom of your bike rack, helping avoid any contact.
This is a Class I, 1-1/4" hitch, so if you don't have one you'll also need a Class I-compatible bike rack such the Saris Freedom # SA4412B or Hollywood Racks Destination # HLY94FR.
