Is there a hitch riser that is compatible with this rack?

Yes!
We have a large variety of high-low adapters like the Blue Ox High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars # BX88132 which has 10" of rise/drop.
Any of our high-low adapters will work great with the Yakima EXO Swing Away Storage System w/ Enclosed Carrier # Y44ZR.
However, using an any adapter will cut your hitches capacity in half so that is also something to keep in mind.
Finally, if you let me know what height you'd like the adapter to be, I'd be more than happy to see what we have for you.
