Watched four videos and these two bolts and bracket were never mentioned. How do I install my Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2inch Item # DT78MR with this bracket where its supposed to go?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # DT78MR will go behind the bracket and use the factory bolts for installation. If you watch the attached installation video on a 2021 Jeep Wrangler unlimited you can see this starting at the 6 minute mark.
