I do have an option for you though there are no confirmed trailer wiring harness options for a 2013 Chevrolet Volt as the vehicle is not designed to tow a trailer. That said, there are still universal trailer wiring harnesses that may work like the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT which will be your best shot.
