Does Wire Need to be Run to Battery on 2022 Honda Pilot When Installing Tekonsha 7-Way

Does this harness provide 12v at the plug from the harness or do I need to run a separate wire from the battery to the plug?

Nope, you do not have to run a wire to the battery on your 2022 Honda Pilot to install the Tekonsha 7-way, which is the following part number:
- T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118286
You'll just need to plug the # 118286 into the harness at the rear of your Pilot and install the included fuses and you're set.
