The only difference between the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-180-181 and Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-464-465 is that the latter is self-adjusting which means the pads will automatically adjust for the best performance and pad wear. The former will require continual adjustments.
In regards to the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 8-219-4UC3-EZ and part # 42866UC3-EZ, the former has a 2.125" grease seal and the latter a 2.250".
